IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

ISO 20000

ISO 20000 IT service management is a quality standard for IT service management (ITSM). Defined and described within the ISO 20000  are minimum requirements to processes that have to be met in order to reach the defined quality standards. The successful implementation is certified.
